Manual unit for volumetric filling of mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss and foundation.

Semi-automatic servo driven machine for the hot filling of one, two and three color lip-gloss with adjustable “swirl” and zig zag finishing into pans, pots and plastic bottles. As an option it would be possible to integrate a cooling table.

Semi-automatic machine for the hot filling of up to six colors lip-gloss into pans or boxes. This machine is entirely driven by servo motors therefore it has virtually “infinite” adjustment possibilities.

Automatic mascara and lip gloss filling and capping machine developed on a linear indexing system with modular pick and place stations. The machine can be supplied in semi-automatic or fully automatic versions simply by adding dedicated feeders, depending on the product to be processed. The machine is available in the standard single tooled model or in the higher performing double tooled version if higher production output is required. A guaranteed capacity of 40 pcs/min can be increased up to 80 pcs/min if double tooled.
