The machine is fully mechanical with a very limited use of compressed air, all mechanical movements are driven by a single motor.
This solution drastically reduces the power consumption up to 60% compared to a traditional electro-pneumatic system.
Possibility to assemble snap fit type cap/stem or with hot melt glue. Standard mascara brush assembly (by induction) or plastic mascara brush/flock tip applicator assembly (by staking). The machine works on 2 pieces at a time reaching an output of 60/70 pieces per minute.

Linear mechanical machine for the assembly of special mascara applicator composed of integrated hollow stem/threaded neck, wiper, aluminum ferrule, inner stem and aluminum cap. The machine is equipped with an axial registering system for the bottle’s neck, lubricating group to facilitate wiper insertion, wiper insertion quote inspection device and hot melt dispenser for gluing the aluminum cap. The machine works on 2 pieces at a time reaching an output of 60 pieces per minute.

A 2-axis manipulator picks and places the applicators into the downstream assembly equipment.
